Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across assigned countries
Draft and post job advertisements on region-specific platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, MyCareersFuture etc)
Draft job descriptions
Source and screen candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain clear communication
Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring status trackers
Liaise with candidates from different regions, providing a positive and professional experience
Work with HR team in coordinating onboarding process for successful hire.
Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress and highlight any hiring challenges or market trends
Support ad hoc recruitment tasks or region-specific hiring drives when needed

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with regional/multi-country exposure
Familiarity with hiring practices and job portals across Southeast Asia
Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable liaising with stakeholders from different backgrounds
Proficient in Microsoft Teams (added advantage)
Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English.
Applicants must have their own laptop and a stable internet connection. A company-provided laptop is available if applicants are based in Penang, KL, JB, Singapore.
